Primary School Ballot Map / Terms of use

Terms of Use

Last updated 2026-07-20

These terms cover the Primary School Ballot Map and the personal access link we send you. They are written plainly so you know what you are getting, what the numbers mean, and how your details are handled. If anything here is unclear, message us and we will talk it through.

What this is

The Primary School Ballot Map is a reference tool for Singapore primary school registration. It shows every primary school in Singapore with its published ballot history, the 1km and 2km priority rings around each school, and the homes sitting inside those rings with an indication of what they cost by bedroom count. It is provided by Home Asset Private Limited (UEN 202631384K), the company behind HomeAsset.

Access is not open to the public. When you ask for access, we send a personal link to your email so the numbers reach you with the context to read them.

Your access is personal

The link we send is issued to you. It is meant for your own use, not for reposting publicly, listing on another site, or handing out as a shared login. Sharing a shortlist of schools or homes with your own family as you make a decision together is completely fine, and expected. What we ask you not to do is republish the map or its data as if it were your own, or pass the access link around so it becomes a public dashboard.

What the numbers are, and are not

The ballot figures are MOE's published registration results for each exercise, carried across as reported. The housing prices are an indicative snapshot built from URA and EdgeProp transaction data, and they move as new transactions land, so treat them as a guide rather than a live valuation.

Past ballots describe what happened in those years. Places offered, applicant numbers and priority rules all shift from year to year, so a school's history is not a prediction of any child's placement, including yours. Nothing on the map is financial advice or property advice, and it does not account for your individual circumstances. It is there to show you the pattern and the odds behind a school, which is a better footing for a decision than a rumour. When you want that read against your own situation, that is a conversation, and you are welcome to start it any time.

Your personal data

To set up your access we collect your name, your mobile number, your email, and the answers you give in the request form. We use these details for three things: to set up your access to the map, to deliver your personal link, and to follow up on your request if you have a question or ask us to.

We verify your mobile number with a one-time code by SMS. This confirms the number is really yours before we send anything, and keeps the map from being requested in someone else's name.

We only send marketing messages, such as occasional updates on the market, ballot data and new HomeAsset tools, if you ticked the optional box for them when you asked for access. If you did not tick it, you will only hear from us about your request itself. You can withdraw your consent to marketing, ask what we hold, or ask us to delete your details at any time. Just message us on WhatsApp at +65 8282 7748 and we will sort it out. We handle your details in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.

When access can be withdrawn

Access is offered in good faith. If a link is used to scrape or bulk-download the data, to republish the map, or in any way that abuses the service, we may withdraw that access. This is rare and it is not about ordinary use. Look around, compare schools, and share a shortlist with your family as much as you like.
