HomeAsset exists because most property advice in Singapore arrives attached to a sales conversation. We publish the evidence first: guides that answer real questions, tools that compute your numbers, and data with its sources shown. If a conversation happens, it happens after you already understand your options.

The method

  1. Educate first

    Every guide answers one question, cites primary sources, and shows a worked example. If a claim has no working attached, it does not get published.

  2. Quantify second

    Tools compute your version of the answer: your proceeds, your budget, your timeline. Each tool discloses exactly how it calculates.

  3. Advise only when you ask

    Personal advice is a conversation you start, not a funnel you fall into. Start it whenever you are ready; we are one message away.

The data we use, and how we treat it

Three rules, always: cite the primary source, never present analysis as a guarantee, and date every market-dependent claim. When a rule changes, every guide that depends on it is flagged and re-reviewed before it keeps its place in the library.
